Tough And Smart On Crime

Fighting for justice is no small task and always worth the price paid for its pursuit. Join me in the fight not tomorrow but TODAY!

– Marilyn J. Mosby

PROVEN WINNER

OUR CANDIDATE

In 2014, Marilyn upset the political scene in Baltimore by delivering a double digit victory over the incumbent who out raised her 4 to 1. The victory made Marilyn the youngest chief prosecutor of any major American city.
TOUGH AND SMART ON CRIME

OUR CAMPAIGN

While Mosby’s administration has successfully targeted and convicted violent offenders, she also understands the importance of repairing the fractured relationship between law enforcement and communities and getting to our children before they get to the criminal justice system remains a hallmark of her administration.

Marilyn learned early on that the criminal justice system wasn’t just the police, the judges, and the State’s Attorney. She discovered it’s more than that. She believes that we are the justice system. We, members of the community, are the justice system because we are the victims of crimes.

Nothing is more important than the prosecution of individuals who repeatedly commit crimes of violence against our friends, family, and neighbors. The SAO will leverage every resource— legislative or otherwise— to remove violent repeat offenders from our communities. Read full agenda here.

Protecting the community stretches beyond issues of crime and punishment.
